Helix Care

The Building Blocks of Your Performance

Return to basics and start on the road to recovery:

  • Manual therapy and rehabilitation with laser-like focus on your acute/chronic injuries
  • A thorough breakdown of movement patterns down to the level of each individual joint to help identify roadblocks
  • Begin a treatment and rehabilitation plan designed to establish a solid foundation of movement

The Nitty Gritty:

Initial appointment: 60 minutes
  • Thorough health history and physical examination
Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes
  • Patient-appropriate soft tissue treatments, joint mobilizations, and rehabilitation exercises
Every session includes patient education on how to manage their injury.

Helix Care Method

  • Manage active areas of inflammation
  • Work towards full mobility of involved joints
  • Treat affected joint capsules, ligaments, tendons and muscles
  • Train balance (proprioception), range of motion, and strength
  • Reintegrate functional and sport-specific movement patterns in conjunction with strength and conditioning to ensure appropriate transition from late-stage rehab to return-to-play
