I came to Helix Performance after my second year of midget hockey 50 pounds overweight and without a team for the following season. Helix Performance helped me set small, yet achievable goals that we could chip away at daily. By the end of our second summer together, we had improved my athletic abilities enough to help realized my dream of playing major junior hockey, signing in the QMJHL.

Above all else, Helix Performance truly invests in their athletes and wants them to succeed. From midget to junior B, to major junior, to junior A, and now Canadian university, knowing Helix Performance was in my corner allowed me to arrive everyday with a positive mindset and a drive to constantly improve.
