Over the last four years at Helix Performance, the personalized experience I have received has been nothing short of first class. Whether I arrive injured, out of shape, or underweight, the program adjustments and goals Helix Performance provides me makes me want to return to the gym every summer. They create an addictive environment in which everyone in constantly striving to improve.

I cannot thank Helix Performance enough for the impact they’ve had on me and I can draw a direct correlation between my off-ice training and on-ice success. It has translated to championship caliber performances at the regional, provincial and national level in Junior A hockey as well as internationally for Team Canada ball hockey, and at the collegiate level with McGill. There is no better feeling than seeing constant improvement which is why Helix Performance is the only facility for me.
